About the Event:
The Stanley College ACM-W Board, in collaboration with BITS Hyderabad, hosted a dynamic joint hackathon designed to empower participants in exploring and advancing their technical skills. This hackathon provided a platform for participants to engage in problem-solving across three in-demand domains: Web Development, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). By focusing on these areas, the event catered to a diverse range of interests and allowed students to delve into real-world challenges in the tech landscape.
The hackathon began with an introduction to the selected problem statements and allowed participants to form teams aligned with their areas of expertise. As a result, the hackathon not only offered a competitive environment but also fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing among students from both institutions.

- Networking Opportunities: During lunch, a networking session took place with the participation of top interns from Microsoft, Google, and Qualcomm, offering valuable industry insights and fostering connections.
- Ice-Breaking Sessions: Following lunch, participants enjoyed interactive ice-breaking sessions, where they competed in fun challenges. Winners received ACM-W t-shirts, adding a spirit of camaraderie and excitement to the event.
- Project Evaluation: Teams presented their projects for evaluation by a panel of judges, who assessed each project based on creativity, functionality, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Group Photo: The event concluded with a group photo, capturing the collective spirit and achievements of all participants.
